I really enjoyed my stay at the Westin in Napa. The suite was spacious, featuring a big living area and two bathrooms, which perfectly accommodated my family. The kitchen allowed us to prepare simple meals, and the big balcony had great river views. The pool area was nice, and there were plenty of cabanas to escape from the sun. The staff provided excellent service—everyone, especially the car valets, was friendly and attentive. However, there were some issues to note. The fridge freezer didn’t work well, limiting our ability to keep things frozen. Our room showed some signs of wear and tear, particularly in the carpets and walls, which could use freshening up. There was also a lack of basic cooking essentials like salt and pepper, and one night, an event downstairs was quite noisy until late. These small inconveniences didn’t ruin the trip, but they are worth considering for anyone planning a visit.

Our suite was huge, with an awesome balcony overlooking the river and a full kitchen where we could whip up meals for our little one. We loved relaxing by the pool and soaking in the hot tub after a long day exploring. We wished we had some extra pillows for the pull-out couch, but they responded quickly to our request. 😊

Family with small dogs worth it for the amenities
We had a suite with a bedroom and sitting room and a balcony with a nice view and a very good kitchenette that made breakfast prep easy and convenient I liked the morning coffee in the lobby and the evening wine tasting added a nice touch to our stay.
It wasn’t exactly a bargain but still acceptable considering the amenities.

Great location and spacious suite
I recently had a fantastic stay with my family in a spacious suite that offered a separate bedroom and living area—perfect for downtime. The location was ideal for exploring downtown Napa, with a lovely walk along the river to nearby dining options. However, the breakfast service was quite slow and could use improvement.

Had an awesome time with friends! Perfect spot to explore the local food scene and hit places like Oxbow Public Market and Eagle Vines Golf Club. The fitness studio was great to get in a quick workout before heading out. Just a heads up, we had to ask for more pillows, but everything else was smooth.
We faced a delay when checking in. only one of our rooms was ready on time, causing some stress for our dinner plans later that evening. Service could use some improvement.

The spacious suite featured a lovely balcony overlooking a serene river, and the kitchenette was perfect for preparing meals. Staff provided excellent service, making the stay comfortable and enjoyable. However, the small pool area felt inadequate for actual swimming, and dining options were disappointing, with long waits during peak times. The chaotic breakfast experience at the restaurant detracted significantly from the stay.
